We want you to be fully satisfied with GenIA Wallet. If you are not happy with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at info@geniawallet.app with your order number and we will assist you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

After the refund window

After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time from the in-app Billing page or from paddle.net to prevent future charges. You will keep access until the end of the paid period.

Free trials

GenIA Wallet includes a 7-day free trial on all plans. You will not be charged during the trial and can cancel any time before it ends without incurring any fee.
